BlackPearl going out to meet her boyfriend

BlackPearl is our first Shetland pony miniature mare. She was purchased first for our children, and also to be a proud mother in futur.

On June 23, 2021, we bring BlackPearl to her boyfriend. He's a Standard pony, black Tobiano like BlackPearl, a little bit more big, around 104 cm tall.

How many time we have to wait, to see their little baby born? It will take a week to have BlackPearl covered by Yarno (it's his name) . She started to be in heat on July 1, 2021.

You can contact us to reserv your Shetland pony, as the baby from Yarno and Blackpearl will be available for sale.

How much time the shetland mare will be pregnant?

We wait same time as for a horse mare (arround 11 month of pregnancy). During the pregnancy, the mare have to be feeded with the best food, to give the best chance to the foal, to be in perfect health and condition at birth. (#shetlandponypregnancy #miniatureshetland #shetlandponylife).
